In short: this website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no cross-site trackers. We handle the information you send us by email, business information about our partners, and campaign data from our own advertising accounts. Information we obtain through Google APIs is used only to report on and manage our own Google Ads accounts, and is never sold. It is not shared with anyone other than the hosting providers that process it for us, or where the law requires it.
1. Who we are
Growdiginow (“Growdiginow”, “we”, “us”) is an independently owned performance marketing business. We operate the website at growdiginow.com and an internal software tool, the Growdiginow platform, which we use to report on and manage our own advertising.
We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, write to support@growdiginow.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- visitors to this website;
- people who contact us, and people who work at the advertisers, publishers and affiliate networks we deal with;
- campaign data generated by the advertising we run; and
- information we obtain from Google services through the Google Ads API (see section 5).
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
If you email us, we receive your name, email address, the organization you represent and whatever you include in your message. If we go on to work together, we also keep the business contact details, agreements and payment information needed to run that relationship.
Technical information from this website
This website is a set of static pages delivered by Cloudflare, our hosting and content delivery provider. As with any web server, requests are processed together with technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, to keep it secure and to produce aggregate, cookie-free statistics, such as the number of visits, that do not identify anyone.
The website has no user accounts, no contact forms and no advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.
Campaign data
When someone clicks one of our ads, the advertiser or affiliate network typically records a click identifier so that a later sale, lead or install can be attributed to our campaign. We receive conversion reports containing those identifiers together with the time, type and value of the conversion. We do not receive the customer’s name, contact details or payment information, and we do not try to identify individuals from campaign data. Where we work with publishers, clicks on the tracking links they use are recorded in the same way, by the tracking platform that issues the link.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- reply to inquiries and manage our relationships with advertisers, publishers and affiliate networks;
- plan, run, measure and optimize our advertising campaigns;
- calculate and reconcile payments;
- operate, secure and improve this website and our internal tools; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, on the performance of a contract with you or your organization, on compliance with legal obligations, and on your consent where consent is required.
5. Google user data
The Growdiginow platform, described on our Platform page, connects to Google services through the Google Ads API. This section explains how we handle information obtained that way.
Whose data we access
The platform only accesses Google Ads accounts that Growdiginow itself owns and operates for its own advertising. Access is authorized by the owner of those accounts through Google’s OAuth 2.0 consent screen. The platform is an internal tool: we do not offer it to the public, and we do not ask clients, partners or website visitors to connect their Google accounts to it.
What we access
Using the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), the platform can read the following, and change the settings among them:
- Google Ads account identifiers and account structure;
- campaign, ad group, ad, keyword and negative keyword settings;
- budgets, bids and targeting settings;
- policy and approval status;
- search terms reports; and
- performance statistics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value.
We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts or any other Google product.
How we use it
We use this information for two purposes only: to produce reports on the performance of our own advertising, and to create, update and pause our own campaigns. We do not use Google user data to build profiles of individuals, to serve advertising to individuals, or for any purpose unrelated to operating our own Google Ads accounts. We do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
How we store and protect it
Data retrieved through the API is stored in a private database. Only we can access it. OAuth tokens and API credentials are stored securely, are never embedded in public code and are never shared with third parties. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Who we share it with
We do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer it to advertisers, affiliate networks, publishers, data brokers or anyone else. The only exceptions are infrastructure providers that host our systems and process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and disclosures that are required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep reporting data for as long as we need it to analyze the performance of our advertising, and delete it when it is no longer needed. Access granted to the platform can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which the platform can no longer retrieve data and the stored tokens are deleted. To request deletion of data already retrieved, write to support@growdiginow.com.
Limited Use
Growdiginow’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Cookies
We do not set advertising, analytics or preference cookies on this website. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site against automated abuse. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting how this website works.
The websites of advertisers that our ads link to have their own cookie practices, which are described in their own policies.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- with service providers that host our website, email and systems, and that act on our instructions;
- with advertisers, affiliate networks and publishers, to the extent needed to attribute conversions and reconcile payments (click identifiers and conversion records, not visitor identities);
- with professional advisers, where necessary; and
- where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Google user data is subject to the stricter rules in section 5.
8. Retention
We keep emails and business records for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period afterward that tax, accounting or other laws require. Campaign and reporting data is kept for as long as it is useful for analyzing performance. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access restricted to the people who need it, and strong authentication on the accounts we rely on. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you where the law requires it.
10. International transfers
We work online and use service providers in several countries, so information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for those transfers.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
To make a request, email support@growdiginow.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity, and we will reply within the time the law allows. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
12. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If the changes affect how we use Google user data, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
